Black-shouldered Kite, Ngorongoro Crater

We were driving on the exit road that winds out of the crater on our last day there, when we came across this kite perched in a thorny bush right beside the road. It remained long enough for me to make half dozen images, and then flew off. These kites are widespread in areas of modest rainfall in Kenya.
