Spotted Laughingthrush at Yotongla Pass

One of my top target birds for our trip, we finally found a pair in thick cover at the top of a pass. Fortunately, they were very responsive to my guide’s playback calls allowing this photograph. Spotteds are forest birds, both broadleaf and fir forests, as well as rhododendron patches.
