Supreme Court at Dusk, Washington

The Supreme Court had no permantent home between 1790 and when the current building was completed in 1935. The building was designed by arcitect Cass Gilbert and is four stories high. It cost less than the money appropriated for it, $9.74 Million. This image was made in early evening in late May.
