Art Work on the Base of Giant Buddha, Thimphu

A giant 50m high gold statue of the Buddha sits on a hill overlooking the capital at Thimphu. The statue was built in China, cut apart and shipped by truck down into Bhutan. It is unknown who was the artist of this work.
